Got introduced into educational software that was tied up to different devices (company made devices, IOS, Android, worked on hybrid app. that would suit all platforms) and smart boards for the classrooms. Tested for the accurate data transmission, and CSS/ JavaScript issues. Performed Black Box and White Box testing.

·   Attended meetings, to help prioritize and fix one issue at a time.

·   Worked in Agile environment with developers, pinpointing suspected issues in the code.

·   Planned a whole testing scenarios for the projects, while it is being developed, and maintained the old project that was still used by the customers.

·   Worked in a Windows Phone 7 and 8 application validation team. Verified that all the applications pass certain standards, and do not show any issues with WP APIs and sensors. Looked out on policy, loading time and performance of the applications on different types of devices, and network conditions.

·   Used Jira and macros to track all the failures, and upload information that helped to communicate with different remote and local teams. Tried to provide the best customer service and support possible to developers, and to help them understand Microsoft’s requirements in WP application development environment.

·   Tested XBOX Live games / applications to verify that they are fully functional, and pass localization requirements.

·   Edited character credit pictures from movies and videos, and updated databases with new shots. Also was verifying on quality of the photos, and assigning them to managers for further review.
